2. Platform Role & Limitations

5cent.in acts solely as a technological facilitator connecting property owners directly with potential buyers and tenants. We are not a real estate agency, broker, or party to any transaction.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, legal title, or physical condition of any property listed.
• Users are strictly advised to conduct their own independent legal and physical verification before entering into any financial transactions.
• We are not liable for any financial loss, damages, or disputes arising between users.

3. Listing Guidelines & Prohibited Content

To maintain a high-quality, spam-free environment, all property listings must adhere to the following rules:

• No Brokerage Fees: Listings demanding brokerage, commission, or hidden fees are strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy: Property descriptions, prices, and locations must be genuine and accurate.
• Media: Uploaded images must be of the actual property. Images with heavy text overlays, watermarks, or promotional graphics will be rejected.
• No Spam: Posting duplicate listings for the same physical property is not allowed.

4. AI Moderation & Automated Translations

To enhance user experience and ensure platform safety, 5cent.in utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems.

• Content Review: All listings and messages are subject to automated AI moderation to detect spam, profanity, and policy violations. We reserve the right to automatically reject or delete non-compliant content.
• Translations & Insights: Listings posted in regional languages may be automatically translated into English, and AI-generated "Smart Insights" or Neighborhood Guides may be appended to your listing. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for translation errors or discrepancies in AI-generated insights.

5. User Accounts & Communication

By creating an account via our passwordless OTP system, you agree to provide accurate contact information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

The platform provides internal messaging systems. You agree not to use these systems to harass, spam, or defraud other users. We actively monitor communications to enforce our security policies.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, block, or permanently delete any user account and associated listings without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the user has violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent behavior.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the 5cent.in platform at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
